Here at All Chemical, we certainly have. We didn’t know in January that 2024 would see our chemical logistics network expand through another location. We couldn’t have anticipated the pricing pressures from shippers, the marketplace changes, and the regulation uncertainties we’d face.

But as we reach the end of 2024 and look to the future, there’s one thing we can predict. In season and out of season, we’ll still be here, holding true to our customer-centric, safety-first values and commitment to service excellence that make us the trusted choice in chemical distribution.

All Chemical’s Biggest Achievements with Chemical Logistics in 2024

It’s official! All Chemical’s new terminal outside of Houston, Texas opened this year, jumpstarting our already growing presence in the state’s chemical logistics scene. We expanded our customer base in the greater Houston area, and built out our on-site dispatch support and a team of local truck drivers.

Plus, the Texas terminal means greater diversification for the All Chemical family. Adding this new location to our roster establishes another area to support our customers and expand our reach within the chemical distribution and transportation industry.

Finally, we’re proud of how well we weathered the industry’s storms this year. Despite considerable pricing and shipping pressures, we kept to our core service commitments as a company. As a result, we were able to continue growth and market share throughout the year, finishing strong and primed for whatever 2025 might bring.

2024 brought significant uncertainty with governmental regulations around chemical logistics, given the presidential election (as well as certain regulatory goals within our home state of NJ). We weathered these storms, relying on our established history of innovation and our team’s capacity to pivot and troubleshoot. Our team is our strength!

Our company has a reputation for pioneering innovation in our industry, as we implement new technologies, make creative pivots, and launch inventive problem-solving strategies. In 2024, we made significant investments in upgraded camera systems on our power units, which allow dual-side blind-spot recording on our tankers. Already, this has proved useful on several occasions, illuminating unloading discrepancies, resolving motorist complaints, and facilitating accident investigations.

Against this backdrop of chemical logistics innovation, we are fortunate to work with a strong group of customers. With that comes expectations of exceptional customer service and an ability to deliver. As we consistently invest in cutting-edge equipment and champion innovative technologies, we continue to empower our team to deliver exceptional service—even in changing post-Covid market conditions, where the industry is still processing excess capacity and shippers have more options for moving their shipments than in the recent past.
